Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at  support@crestco.us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us at  support@crestco.us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at  support@crestco.us.
