Shipping policy

Free Shipping Crest & Co. offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 7-12 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes during sale periods.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the Track Your Order page on our website.

Shipping Carriers We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Crest & Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at  support@crestco.us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at  support@crestco.us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be notified when we launch.
